Kimberly Davolt

Kimberly attributes her adaptability and appreciation for diversity to her military upbringing, which instilled in her a deep respect for the men and women serving our country and a love for the nation. Her experiences across the country have taught her to value people and embrace diverse perspectives, which align with MCES Industries LLC's commitment to inclusivity and community empowerment.

With a background as Executive Vice President of Operations at an AbilityOne Source America Non-Profit Agency, Kimberly has extensive experience in government contracting within the Environmental Service and Custodial Cleaning industry. Her hard work and determination have laid a strong foundation in the industry, enabling her to drive change and innovation, key components of MCES's vision.

Mentorship and networking have been vital in Kimberly's journey, providing guidance and insights that have helped her navigate the industry's unique challenges. Over the past four years, she has managed and engaged with communities through the AbilityOne SourceAmerica program, overseeing contracts across multiple states and supporting over 250 employees, including 190 AbilityOne eligible workers. Her leadership in providing Environmental Services to the second largest Army Hospital in the United States exemplifies her commitment to excellence and inclusion.

Kimberly's career began with non-profit agencies in 1987, where she volunteered with the Children’s Association for Maximum Potential and later worked at St. Jude’s Children’s Home, supporting children and families affected by trauma. As the Director of Programs at Child Advocates of San Antonio (CASA), she understood the critical need for stability and support for families, further fueling her passion for ensuring access to resources and overcoming obstacles. This role allowed her to align her efforts with MCES's mission to foster inclusive opportunities.

Kimberly holds a BA in Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has actively contributed to her community as a Board Member of JDRF South Central Texas, an Advisory Committee member for the City of San Antonio Bike Network Plan Mobility Working Group, and a member of CHIEF, a network for senior executive women. Her leadership and dedication continue to inspire and drive MCES Industries LLC's mission and vision forward.
